Contribution as Enterprise Coach

I have a proven track record of teaching and coaching SAFe principles to teams and executives, equipping them with the knowledge and tools needed to thrive in today's dynamic business environment. I combine in-depth knowledge of SAFe with hands-on experience in guiding teams and leaders. I deliver tailor-made SAFe modules and workshops, using interactive learning methods and practical examples to bring the concepts to life. As a coach, I work closely with LPM, ART's and Teams to help them implement and optimize SAFe practices, while also supporting leaders in making strategic decisions and creating a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Motivated by the philosophical underpinnings inherent in the realm of business ethics, my scholarly interests revolve around organizational initiatives aimed at enhancing value and purpose within businesses, for customers, and for society at large. The focus centers on philosophical inquiries and the evolving significance of trust within socio-economic progressions up to contemporary times, notably tracing back to the Age of Enlightenment.
